If we downloaded the latest version available, should all of the file #'s be higher than 1825? We don't know how to verify that we have all the updates we need. Would appreciate any help. WE are trying to set up a new store and have some things that are not working yet IE copy of order to another email address .....and more.....

No, only those available upto the release date. (This depends on the version you downloaded)

Also note contributions are not part of osc and you need to download and install these.

What is the relevance of 1825?

I am referring to the changeset number within each file. If I understand the production change process, then each modification to the files is given a changeset number when it goes into production and becomes part of the comments at the beginning of the file. 1825 was the changeset number given to release v2.2 RC2 on January 15, 2008. If you access the changeset detail through Fisheye there were updates to all files to change the number at the beginning of each file to 1825.

Many of the files actually installed through the osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 Release Candidate 2a

» oscommerce-2.2rc2a.zip (2,359,052 bytes; md5: 31bb9f5f2bd93d18666f8e41c8283147) have a changeset number of 1739 instead of the expected 1825 or later.

So, my question is 'How do I know I have the latest production file changes in my new store since the zip file version appears to be older files'. Is there one location or zip file that I can download that shows all the files with the proper changeset numbers and corresponding updates applied.
