I reset permissions to 777 and recursed into subdirectories (not sure if that was incorrect). Do I configure the database values before upload? From the instructions, it seemed that all configurations would be web based. I did try it the other way before and had the same result so I used a fresh version and just uploaded it as is. Below is the error I received. Please help. [email protected] Forbidden You don't have permission to access /shop/catalog/install/install.php on this server.
