To fix issues with Priority Mail and accurate Transit Times I installed the USPS Methods v3.0.2 contribution -- works great with one exception. All products -- even with zero weight -- are being charged shipping. It was suggested I use the solution: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/3480 I tried it and it had no effect.
