hanler Posted February 16, 2009 Posted February 16, 2009 Hi, I have a problem with the orders in the admin section. When a customer place an order he/she receives a confirmation e-mail (one goes to me too) but I can't see the order in the admin section. Also, the customer can click the link in the e-mail to the order and see it in the browser, but if he/she tries to access order history from the web it is not shown. I have PayPal Express installed and e-invoice. Please if anyone can help with this. Regards Hans

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. hanler Posted February 16, 2009 Author Posted February 16, 2009 OK, but I think that the order is placed in the database as the customer can see it with the link from the confirmation e-mail. But I can't see it from the admin section or the client can't see it from the order history. It is not only related to PayPal but all payment methods.
