I am very new to this OSC thing. I am probably missing something very easy and obvious. Help would be really appreciated. If I can get help with this particular issue I am also interested in hiring a long term specialist to help with my site. Thank you.

As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Domestic International Rest of the world Then open /includes/modules/shipping/zones.php Read the instructions on how to use it and then set the no of zones you want to use around line 117 if I remember correctly and put this updated copy back on your site. In your shop admin remove the zones shipping module and reinstal. Set the shipping charges you want. ......
