Cant find the correct file to edit text

On the cheackout pages On my website www.phantom-re-ball.co.za

You come to the order Order Confirmation page.....

 

I need to add some text to the Payment Information section.

 

What page do i add the text to ?

 

I have had a look at catalog/checkout_confirmation.php but this seems not to be the correct place

 

Please let me know

but with no luck

includes>languages>your language>modules>payments>the payment you need to change.
