adding text after LOGO

Well I ran across a post about this last week I think, I am not a PHP person but I know there must a method to add text after the store logo in header.php. I have the new logo installed but would like to insert in a large font the actual name of the Organization. I think I know where it goes after the .'</a>;?></td> I tried using " but that errors out.

The original code looks something like this:

OK thanks that gave me a clue will work from there, and all is backed up locally on the fedora box
