New at this, shipping and payment

Hello,

 

I have 2 questions and was not sure where to put this. I am new and only have little/basic webdesign knowledge and setting this up in Australia. I have never setup any shopping carts before.

 

1. Shipping

I am trying to setup Australia Post, it is installed and edited in the shipping modules.

The size and weight of each product being sold are different to almost each product, therefore I need different postage cost per item (if this is possible).

 

2. Payment

I have Paymate, Paypal express and Check/Money order installed and edited in payment module, would like to add another payment method soon.

 

When viewing cart content there is the option to continue to checkout or checkout with paypal. I know I have missed something but when continue to chckout, there are no other payment options and shipping cost.

 

What am I missing? How do I get Australia post shipping cost listed and edit the prices per item? How do I get Paymate fully working and other payment option? etc... What else can you tell me in relation to the 2 questions, I have been at this far too long?
