mondofood
It goes like this... - A customer selects "create account" and fills in all of the information. - The customer presses "continue" and the page refreshes with all the fields still filled in, with no error messages - The customer fills in the missing password again and presses continue, this time an error pops with "email already in use" - The first time the customer filled out the form and pressed "continue" it indeed successfully added them as an account, if they just press "My Account" they will see that they are logged in. How do I fix this? I have GUEST ACCOUNT installed. THANKS!!!
mondofood
UPDATE: I changed the CREATE_ACCOUNT.PHP back to the original and the problem still exists. What other file deals with this process? THANKS!!
dhooper
I had the same problem last night. I uploaded the original shopping cart file, and that solved that. But, now my customers cannot login to their account, and the send password does not work. I've installed contributions, and thought, perhaps, the sql database got messed up? Does anyone know how to fix this customer password issue? Diana Diana
