Installed SEF Links - need advice

I installed the Search Engine Friendly links contribution today - and all looks good except when you click through to the product page with the description and main image - there is no longer the same table set up or padding that my other pages have. What file should I be looking at where this change in code would have taken place? The index file - application top? I am ok with code -and might be able to find the issue if someone lets me know what file would control the main products page tables. Thank you
