How do i do an straigh path to images?

I want the images folder to be always at root , but as i am adding some folder to root path dinamically, i loose the images on the way...

 

i have tried by putting:

define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'http://www.myweb.com/images/');

 

define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', '/images/');

define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', '../images/');

 

I am using product_thumb contrib.(On the Fly Thumbnailer with Caching Option" by Pallieter Koopman)

Any ideas

Why do you want to change the default location for images?

An then the warning....... If you plan on getting an SSL and sell and accept payment and you have links for even images that you place outside of your catalog you have broken your ssl and the browser will give your shoppers warnings.
