For example: Sub-total: 25 shipping fee:4.99 insurance: 3.75 -------------- Total: 33.74 After I clicked the confirm order, the next page on paypal shows Total price: 35.80. The total price on my web page does not match with the price on paypal??? any solution for this problems??? Thanks.

jolicatellas
Perhaps paypal are adding their charges???? I doubt it. As far as I know PayPal minus their fees from funds in your account based on your total sales price. They don't add fees to an invoice - that would mean the customer pays for the extra fees... totalnumpty
Sub-total: 25 shipping fee:4.99 insurance: 3.75 -------------- Total: 33.74 So the difference is 2.06? That's more than PayPal's fee would be. Are you using any of the following contribs - Gift Wrap Small order handling fee Shipping insurance Wearing a seatbelt prevents head injuries when the computer crashes - - - Yeah Right!!! - not in this office.
