Customers data remaining in login page

Sevral customers of my store have warned me that when they try to create account with us they find data from previous customers filling the blanks.

 

Of course this creates worries to the new csutomers about the confidentiality of the store and they go away.

 

I have read that this problem exists but have not been able to find an answer on how to fix it. And it MUST exist.
