Google checkout installed, but not showing up

I've got Google checkout installed, and in test, but for some reason it's not showing up.

 

I want to use Paypal as a primary payment (it is in & it works), and Google Checkout as a secondary payment method.

 

If I go & pick an item and then go to create my account (in Os Commerce), and continue with the checkout, it gives me Paypal and a Check/Money Order as payment options, but Google doesn't show up.

 

From what I can tell, it's configured properly, and I have the Sandbox/test login & password in the appropriate fields.

 

What do you need to do to make it show up as a payment option in OS Commerce? I need it to proceed beyond this point if I want it to work.

 

BTW, I am still waiting for Google to access the account & verify it, if that makes any difference.
