This post is coming up when a Google search is done on my customer's store name (how embarrassing!). I am afraid to remove my profile (though I can't get that to work either) in the event the post remains and I'm really left hanging out there. Thanks. I have the same issue, not to the extent of my company in search engines but have a couple of posts that I would like to remove. If you find an answer, please forward it to me if possible....
