georgepud7 Posted February 9, 2009 Share Posted February 9, 2009 Hi, I am relativley new to os commerce, however my site is up and running nicely. I am having trouble with one thing in particular though. I have created product attributes for certain products, and have succesfully entered the different options, made price changes etc. However, when I click the drop down box to select the required option (when using the site as a customer would do), they appear to be listed in no particular order, not in alphabetical order, nor in price ascending/decending order. How can I set the order that the Product Attributes appear in the drop down box? Is it actually possible to do so? Any help will be greatly appreciated. glenn735 Posted February 10, 2009 Share Posted February 10, 2009 george, many of us have the same issues...I think there's a bug in OSC where it stops remembering how to order attributes...or it just doesn't remember how to follow the attribute's assigned number...happens to me all the time...very frustrating most of the time it's "first one added is the default one showing"...when that fails, I delete the product start again...usually removes the glitch wish I had better advice for ya "Alcohol, the source of and the solution to, all of life's problems" Homer Simpson Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
