products attributes

I'm using an older version of oscommerce. I have lost the ability to add color and size attributes within products attributes. The products that required both (t-shirts) were deleted. When I placed them back on the site, everything was availalbe except the size and color selections. When I attempted to add these items back through the products attribute control panel, the following message occured once I clicked insert:

 

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

 

insert into products_attributes values ('', '52', '12', '7', '0', '0')

I think I should be able to control the ID number, but it's a fixed number that I cannot change. I think it's the value being requested. Any thoughts?
