Membership Cart

Well folks I have been tasked with setting up a cart to handle membership applications and renewals for a large non profit outfit. OSC has so many add ons that I must admit my old eyes are in pain. Basically need to be able to do only a couple things maybe someone can point me to the add ons to do this. I need two different checkouts with extra fields. I need one checkout that will require the members unique membership name and number for renewals and another checkout form that will require the member to insert his unique membership name only. Is this possible?

 

The second thing is it possible for a customer to fill out an external form and pass the data to the cart including price. I did something like this many years afo with a perl cart is it possible to do this in OSC. I realize that there are other carts out there, but I am under a cpanel situation.

Thinking laterally.

 

Let everyone register for an account and you set up 2 products. They can either buy a renewal or first time membership.

 

Add the customer extra fields contribution and you add their membeship number when they have bought a first time membership.
