After uploading all the files and going to http://.......admin/additional_images_configure.php I got a 404:

Warning: main(includes/additional_images_configure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/httpd/vhosts/www.abcpascal.fr/web/admin/additional_images_configure.php on line 28 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/additional_images_configure.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/php') in /home/httpd/vhosts/www.abcpascal.fr/web/admin/additional_images_configure.php on line 28

I guarantee the file is where it's supposed to be.

What did I do wrong?

Either your guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on

or

There could be a files/directories permission error.

or

......

Personally I would check you have put files into the correct directory e.g. /admin/includes rather than /includes and reissue your guarantee, but I could be wrong :-)

Thanks,

yes my guarantee was good, and I found the problem in the "installation-readme.txt": the list of files to upload is incomplete. I took a chance on guessing where that file should be by the 404 contents and it worked. The installation and configuration went fine...

However, I get nothing when I go to the "new product" page, it hasn't changed: it is the same as it was before, just one picture and it works the same.

Knowing that the upload list is incomplete I checked all the directories content to see if any file was missing. They're all there.

Well, any idea?

Are there any instructions to update the file that displays the "new Products"?

Try finding a page that was updated and apply the same/slightly different changes.
