germ
You need to try permissions in this order until the warning disappears: 644 444 400 FTP usually doesn't work at this. Most people have to login to their Webhost's cPanel and do it there. Not all cPanels are created equal so if you can't find the part to change permissions seek support from your Host. Also be aware that permissions less than 644 make the file "read only" (even to you). All this means is that in the future if you want to edit the file you'll need to change the permissions to 644 before making any edits.
