webfective
Im not sure how to phrase this question, but what I am wanting to do is have all my products not show the price. I have various attributes setup. For instance, I have 3 product size choices a person can choose for each product that will change the price once they click on the "More Information" button. By default, I have to put a price in there. My problem is that when a person chooses what size they want and it goes in their shopping cart, it shows the cost for that size plus the default price I had put in there. I dont want the person to see the price until they choose which product attribute I have setup. I hope that makes sense. Any suggestions? Guest
Bill, Attributes are set up so there is a base price of the item. If they want a larger size its 5.00 more for example...if they want extra large its 10.00 more for example. So it looks something like this: Item - regular size 10.00 Attributes: Large Size + 5.00 X-large Size +10.00 SO if x-large is choses, 20.00 would be the cart total. I am not sure if there is a contribution that hides the prices until the attribute is selected as you specifically want. But if attributes are entered correctly, the pricing will come out as needed.
