IE6 & Firefox transparent image

In IE6 both the boxes (Rewiews & Notifications) show grey background colour for the icons and in Firefox they show white colour. What is wrong?

I have overlooked stylesheet.css and don't know exactly what I have to do. I have desperatly trying to write #ffffff all over with the same result :blink: :
