Paypal Module

Hi does anyone know how to change the order users log in to Paypal

 

This is the order at the moment

 

/store/shopping_cart.php

/store/checkout_shipping.php

/store/checkout_payment.php

 

paypal

 

/store/checkout_confirmation.php

 

I'd like to change it this as the shipping address doesn't work on the above
