Order notifications to customer

Hi there-

 

quick question... Wondering where or how I can trigger order notifications to the customer. For some reason, the email notifications to the customer are not happening. I'm running osCommerce PayPal IPN Module v1.0 For 2.2MS2. (in case that has some impact).

 

I get the order update messages to go just fine, so that part is working.

 

Any ideas...?
