Think I've done something I shouldn't

Ive been building a new shop slowly for my boss over the past cpl of months and all was going soooo well ...................... until today !!

In the admin side when adding new categories & products, nothing happens. I can add new manufacturers and change other bits and bobs but when I click the "New Category" or New Product" button , nothing. Its almost as tho its just refreshing the page.

A url does show on hover and when you click:

http://www.my-site.com/admin/categories.ph...ion=new_product

http://www.my-site.com/admin/categories.ph...on=new_category

I have installed a few contributions, and have been doing my back ups between each one and then testing the shop etc but i havent tested the adding of new products etc. Everything appears to be fine, I've checked the product attributes, inserted new manufaturers, created new discount categories, edited customer details too.

I've looked through all the files that I have changed with the contribs but nothing is shouting out at me as to where ive gone wrong.

Contribs installed so far include:

UK shipping Methods V1.2

Category Descriptions V1.95

Categories in Front Page V2.3

Contact Us Super Enhancement V1.42

SPPC 4.22

QPBPC SPPC V2

Lightbox Popup

Sort Product Attributes1.2

Ultimate SEO V2.6

Any help, ideas or pointers greatly appreciated, this is one problem i've never come across and this is my 3rd shop now.

Thank You

Jo :)
