Product Attributes Clone tool bug

When I follow the instructions for installing this contrib http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4550 I cant get it to work as I keep getting the error described below:

 

1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

 

insert into products_attributes values (null, '37', '10', '13', '0', '+')

 

[TEP STOP]

 

Now when I try to add a Product Attribute or clone I get the error and nothing works.

 

Any ideas?
