All of my sites have suddenly gone down when trying to use the UPS XML in the checkout_shipping.php, and it returns this error: Rating and Service 1.0001 0 An unknown error occured while attempting to contact the UPS gateway But I haven't changed anything recently that would cause this to go down... Guest Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Thanks Jan, It went down for about an hour, and must have come back up right before you looked... The bad part about it when they go down is that it causes some browsers to time out, and the carts get abandoned.
