mnmsportsmem Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 Greetings!! I'm still really new to this community and osCommerce, but I have to say I'm very impressed so far. I've been tooling around with v2.2 RC 2a and I've noticed that the online documentation doesn't look like the actual product. I've also looked at v3.0 Alpha 4 and noticed the same thing, however v3.0 more closely matches. Am I missing something?? One other question... is there any way (other than getting into the PHP/Database) of modifying what the product details are?? I'm wanting to use osCommerce to sell sports cards/memoriabilia and would like more fields to describe my product than just the name and manufacturer... ELnew Posted February 4, 2009 Share Posted February 4, 2009 When your enter new products inside a category it gives you the option to enter in product description, for any general search ideal for looking up your products check out the contribution section where you can literally find hundreds of new and improved ideas from our members.
