Centering Website

I'm trying to center my website. I was able to downsize it to 70% width, however it's all to the left side of the screen and I need it in the center.

Look for Centre and Size shop in contributions section.

Sorry about that but it did not work..

 

I got this error message

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/content/v/a/r/vargascompany/html/store/includes/header.php on line 3

 

If I put the

<div id="content"> on line 3 I get this error message. If I put the

<div id="content"> on line 1 before the <?php nothing happens.

I inserted all the other requirments that the contributions asked to due. I changed the width and nothing happens.
