ScottShipley
Hi, i'm just trying to set up website payments pro and i get the following error when trying to complete the transaction. Your credit card was declined. Please try another card or contact your bank for more info. Field format error: 10513-This transaction cannot be processed. Please enter a last name The last name field is populated so not sure why this is coming up, can anyone help? Thanks ps I'm using the updated version of the official paypal module Quote Scott
ScottShipley
ok i've managed to figure out that the module is sending NAME=Scott Shipley rather than FIRSTNAME=Scott&LASTNAME=Shipley Has anyone got any idea at what point in the code the 2 fields are joined to make NAME and how i change it so that it sends FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME thanks Quote Scott
ScottShipley
i finally managed to solve the problem, then i got another error, solved that and got a few more errors but its all sorted now. I'll update the files in the contribution shortly. Quote Scott
ScottShipley
quick update on this one. I tried the module out on the live site for a bit and there were actually more problems with it than i first thought. Credit card payments work fine but Switch throws up more errors. I've not got the time to fix the bugs so i'm now using a different paypal module which seems to work much better Quote Scott
