Change products_name to products_model in infoboxes

I have been researching and researching this. This is the only thing that's keeping me from moving forward right now. Whether or not I can do this, determines "how" I enter my products in the catalog.

 

I need to change the products_name to products_model in the following infoboxes:

 

1) cart

2) best sellers

3) order history

 

If I could get someone's much needed help so I can continue to enter products into my catalog, I would greatly appreciate it.
