dmitriy09 Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Hi, Our store seems to be stuck at 5.06lb for every product while generating shipping quotes. We specified individual product weights on a per product basis and it seems like it is still using the 5.06lb weight to generate quotes. We had a recent purchase for which a customer paid way too much money for shipping because the actual weight of the product was just above 2lb and they paid for 5.06lb. How can this be fixed? Where can this be adjusted? Thanks in advance!!
