I would like to offer a service that's free the first time they use it but then if they need it again it would be something like $4.99. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I bet there is a coupon contribution that is only allowed to be used once per customer. They could always register under another name but could do that anyway. I was thinking about generating a onetime coupon code when they register but then they could just register again for a new one. There's got to be a way to do this. I'm just not being creative enough.
