I have uploaded a template and have the os new instalation sheet it is asking for servers ip, username, password, and database name. I am fairly confident that i have the right details but am gettig a error message. Access denied for user 'fireexteu'@'supanames-1-32.supanames.co.uk' (using password: YES) Any one able to help here thanks in advance.
