Guest
I have PayPal Standard installed, but my test order (on the live gateway) keeps getting this error once it hits PayPal's screen: Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address. I assume this means that the address isn't being passed properly to PayPal, but I can't find any data on how to correct this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! krausen
I am having the same problem. When I get to the point where it transfers to paypal I get an error that address is incorrect and will not process. I have searched and the only thing I found was someone thought it was due to credit card. But I don't see how it can have anything to do with credit card when you haven't even logged in to paypal to add a credit card or other billing info. Please help. Thanks
krausen
Don't know if you ever fixed the problem or not but I just reinstalled and that fixed it for me. Sorry I don't know a easier way and the lack of responses tells me nobody seems to know one.

krausen
I know the feeling. The only other option is to log into paypal and under profile/business settings/shippingoptions make sure that the question: Ship to verified addresses only is not set to true. That will cause that also.

Guest
I have had nothing but problems with OsCommerce, If i was not hired to fix a clients site I would scrap the entire sofeware. I have same problem. I have searched for days here and still Nothing and a simple issue. Why is this software so buggy has anyone the answer to this? and you post a question here and no answer so you post your question somewhere else and you are in trouble for posting twice and get a nasty message and no fix!
