language problem of header

[glaw]

Dear osc expertise,

I installed the osc chinese. However, the footer and header doesn't able to translate in chinese. Only

index content able to translate in chinese. It looks rare of header and footer is still in chinese but the

content is not in chinese. Look the /includes/header.php is not belong to /includes/language/tchinese.php

I opened up the tchinese.php and not able to define the header of

Look i define all the header already. It doesn't work at all.
