albert Posted January 28, 2003 Posted January 28, 2003 Hi, I have in a test activated the special product information on the checkout page, but can not find the product mentioned in "My Products Notification". I assume the checkout page is the only place a customer can order special product notification, right? On the admin side: What does "Append Comments" in "Customers/Orders" mean? I assume "Notify Customer" stands for the above notification, right? Would be nice if you have time to answer. Thanks in advance. Albert Kastl
