Does Os Commerce Support Digital Download ?

I have an E-Book store I am setting up, and I have a few questions

 

Does OsCommerce support Digital Download of products?

If so does it allow the authors to post products and set their price?

Can OsCommerce support multiple "vendor accounts" and send the money to them accordingly, or does it only use a single account?

yes.

 

you can have multiple administrators (with addons) but would have to grant each one access to the entire product catalog. There are multi-stores addons, but this seems like overkill for what you're looking for.
