Guest Posted January 30, 2009 Share Posted January 30, 2009 Hi there, I hope sombody can help me. I have managed to create three items, but I have battled literally hours to do that. Creating the item is easy, but when I press "preview" it shows at the top of the screen "Success: File upload saved successfully", but then the page just keeps loading. I have the same problem editing items. My second problem is; the TAX doesn't show on my items. I have gone through the prosess of setting it up atleast three times and I have read other posts, but it just doesn't show the inclusive amount. I am hardup for a breakthrough! I need to collect tax for New York State and have followed the instructions but it appears to be an all or nothing as it either collects taxes on all purchases (regardless of the state) or doesn't collect at all. Also, with my shipping....it lists it as "best option" in the shopping cart but it doesn't add it to the invoice....I believe I have it set up correctly but who knows! Lastly for now...is there a way to clear reports (i.e. products viewed report) and reset everything back to zero? If anyone can give me some help I would greatly appreciate it.
