Problem with Paypal Express Checkout

After migrating to a new server, I was able to get the database to work etc. The store seems to work fine, but when I go to place an order Paypal responds by saying that the order had been paid already. It looks as if the order number ID have been reset or something. How do I get around this so that Paypal sees all the new orders? Thanks so much. I'm using Paypal Express Checkout. Thanks.
