coolcl
Hi, Something happened to my payment module, I have lost few of my payment options like PayPal and the one that shows are uncontrollable. I click on setup and nothing happens. PayPal shows as a payment option in the cart but not in the admin! I have been using this cart since 2004 and never had an issue like this. I would greatly appreciate some help resolving this problem. Thank you, CL

coolcl
Which ones were those? v2.2 RC1 and v2.2 RC2 Plus a few hack that I have found in this forum. Everything else works great, it is just that I can't make any changes in the payment module. It is totally dead. I have spent quite some time trying to get this back but it seems that nobody knows what is the real source of this problem. CL

coolcl
Without knowing what hack you have tried, wont be able to help. The solutions that can be found using google seem to have solved most peoples problems in this area. I have been modifying this site for the pass 5 years. I don't have a list of all the changes. I don't even know how long this payment module has been disable like this, it is not a function that we use on regular basis. Servers update them selfs on regular basis, every time you cross your fingers and hope that osCommerce will still be working. If there's no solution to my problem, I will have to switch to something else. It is sad, osCommerce has been great but I guest this is the end of the road, for me anyway...I can't afford spending more time on it. Guest
I would like to butt in and say: make sure that each module has a unique sort order (this goes goes for modules in payment, shipping, ot). make sure that the only files in the modules directory (and the associated languages directory) have the correct name and extension eg nothing like paypal.old.php or paypal.php.old or something else. ♥geoffreywalton
You are looking at the bug tracker for v3 not rc2a. As you will not be specific about the changes you have actually tried, I'll leave the debugging to the more psychic amongst us. coolcl
Ok, I will check that right away! Thank's PROBLEM SOLVE! Leslie, you make my week, The problem was that I have modified the cod.php a few years ago and I have kept the original file in the folder rename as codX.php to recognize that it was the original file. I must have uploaded the whole folder sometimes during changes or maintenance with the wrongly named file and that was upsetting the module. I never saw that, and I would never thought of that. I have spend hours trying to sort this out, your help is very appreciated, very cool! Thank you very much, Carol,
