Editing cPath= text

I am taking over an oscommerce website, and I am learning a lot. Review this cpath link here:

Notice the text before the catalog entries appear. Very nice.

 

Now notice my url I made recently:

 

http://elitesurvivalproducts.com/store/index.php?cPath=13_15

 

Note: I have not made any products in the last url.

 

How can I create a page like the first link, on future catalog pages? Will all of this have to be done via phpadmin, since the cpath is a variable that is calling from the database.

 

Any help would greatly be appreciated. I am lost on this.
