How do I do a test run with my store?

I'm setting up a store for the first time, my product is downloadable.

 

Is there a way I can enter the store as if i was a customer complete a purchase, etc.. without actually paying in paypal, like a test mode or something?

Create an account with your store, make a purchase and choose a payment option you don't have to follow through with, like direct deposit or cheque/money order.
