My customers get the following message when they want to pay for their goods:

PayPal does not allow your country of residence to deliver to the country you wish to

 

My products is all downloadable items and dont need to be ship .... how can i fix this problem

 

 

Im really very desperate to get this problem sorted out

What country do you live and, and what country does your customer live in?

 

I have ran into some PayPal modules that will swap PayPal information into the customer given shipping information. Example the customer is in Brazil, but wants it shipped to his brother in Texas, PayPal will force the shipping information to match that of which is on his PayPal.

 

Since you're not actually shipping anything this wouldn't be an issue for you, but PayPal has become awful retarded as of late and I wouldn't be surprised if they are blocking the transaction on their end.
