[email protected]
We received this error from our client: A patient was trying to place an internet order and she had never done it before so she did not have any saved info. However, the website's page where they have to enter their address and they get their total was already filled in for her with another patient's name. The info included another patient's address, phone number, email, and cart total. She logged out and tried to place the order again and another patient's total and personal information filled in her page. I thought it was disturbing since a patient's personal information can be viewed by someone completely different! --- Has anyone else ever experienced this and/or have a suggestion on what might have caused it? NodsDorf
I had a similar problem where my column_left was displaying another websites column_left. It turns out that the problem was with the web host cache files. After a few words with my host the problem was fixed. I can not be sure that your issues is the same, hopefully somebody else will know for sure.

BryceJr
Log in to your osc admin panel and under CONFIGURATION---SESSIONS ... Block Search Engine SpidersIf set to True, spiders will be prevented from receiving a session id and starting a session. It is recommended that this setting is set to True. Regenerate Session ID If set to True, the session id will be recreated when the customer tries to checkout or login to their account. This helps prevent two customers from accidentaly logging into each others account due to hard coded session id's in the store.
