~Kira Posted January 29, 2009 Share Posted January 29, 2009 lol i know there are a ton of tax threads and posts here but searching through them all takes so much time so i'm just hoping someone can help me quickly if they've encountered this same situation in the invoice/orders/everything - it shows price including tax and price excluding tax, which is fine, but then the subtotal is the base price (even if they are supposed to pay tax), then shipping, then total. they end up paying the price w/tax but the subtotal is wrong as it shows the base price. at no point is there a tax added to the order, so it looks like they've been overcharged. also it makes the accountant think the store is constantly broken. ... here is a screenshot. ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
