lowkey704
Ok... long story short: I upgraded to a dedicated server (but I am no pro) I had some assistance in setting up the server... I am up and running and everything looks great... image magick works... all the files are there... tested Pay Pal - it works... then I switch my Authorize.net account to test mode... well wouldn't you know it... I am getting an error message: There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again. I have re-keyed and installed my SSL (so that shouldn't be a problem) I un-installed the Authorize.net module - re-installed it then enter my id and signed for a new Key - put that in... I thought maybe it was the relay url - so I put that in... I am still getting message. There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again. I have noticed that the url (although you are on my site when this occurs) is https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll so... um.... any ideas? I see I lost a couple of sales today because of this... people signed up accounts but maybe this is why they didn't buy... <_< Yeah Yeah I am learning as I go... lol

lowkey704
Is there a way to force it to give me an error code of some sort? Instead of bouncing me back to my checkout_information page? I don't know how to go about fixing the problem if I can see an error code of some sort. although the browser is pointed to https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll I know it has to be something simple... like it's right in my face. All my files are the exact same files from the virtual server... just on a new server... could it possibly be in my config file... I wouldn't think that it could but at this point i feel like a big ole dummy lol... Yeah Yeah I am learning as I go... lol

Industrial-Librarian
I'm having the exact same problem. Looked at z00keeper's solution only my file name isn't authorizenet_aim.php, it's authorizenet_cc_aim.php (in 2.2 RC2) and it doesn't contain a string looking anything like $this->response = explode('|', $response); anywhere in it! Authorize.net customer support gave up after about an hour on the phone saying, it must be your shopping cart software, everything on our side is right. My transaction key and login are fine... .....help? Industrial-Librarian
Nevermind. Fixed by removing the MC5 Hash that I'd set up. Transactions going through fine now. Going live....wish me luck! niteflyer32
Same issue here. How did you remove the MD5 hash? There is no way to remove MD5 in the Authorize.net admin panel and Authorize.net says we need to remove the MD5 code ourselves from the osc script. THanks
