It is just that I did a test and when I went to purchase my item as a test it said that my paypal is not setup correctly! I did everything it said in a tutorial.... Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address. You probably used a different shipping address, as opposed to the mailing address for the credit card..many cc companies will not allow that.
