Kerrigan
I'm having the same problem. I have all of the weights set properly on each product and the weight:price ratio set-up like the module says to, but it's overcharging for items. Any help would be appreciated... Kerrigan
Thanks Jack. I put it at zero and that did the trick...
LeonRio
Same problem with overcharging in Canadapost module. I put 0 in tare weight, and all products are set up properly. I ship a product weighting 0.1kg to Europe, and this amount is reflected in the Canadapost estimator on checkout confirmation page. However, they charge for a parcel 0.25-0.5kg. When I change a product weight to 0.6kg, they charge as it is over 1kg. What's the problem? Does anyone know?
