Guest
Hi Guys n Gals, How do I modify the create_account.php page to have fewer fields? A lot of the stuff that's required in the default form below is not necessary such as Date of Birth, company name & details etc. If I simply remove the HTML from the create_account.php page the database will still expect some information. Will this cause errors? A friend who I see occasionally has told me I need to change this in 2 places. If 1 is the actual php file then where is the other? Any ideas? Cheers for any help you can give me... I'm very competent but fairly new to oscommerce and can't see where I can turn these off for signing up new users/customers in the admin section... The main ones I want to turn off are Date Of Birth, Company Details, Company Name, and State/Province. How do I turn these off??? Guest
Its in configuration/customer details... Thanks for your help!!! I have this problem with my wife saying something is in the drawer - I look for it and can't find it - shout ¨where in the drawer¨ - then she puts her hand straight onto whatever I'm looking for! Guest
In the admin section under configuration look for customer details. Then simply deselect all the options...
